
Easy Tzatziki Sauce (from Greek Yogurt)

How to eat this easy tzatziki sauce.
It’s really good with raw vegetables, like cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and broccoli. It’s also great with the cauliflower falafels (as noted above), or with kabobs, roasted eggplant, or roasted chicken!
What’s in it?
Simple ingredients:
- Greek Yogurt
- Dill
- Basil (or mint)
- Garlic (just one clove for 1/2 cup yogurt. Trust me on this!)
- Lemon
- Olive oil
- Minced cucumber
- Tahini (optional)

Try this easy sauce to go with all sorts of vegetables, including cauliflower falafels!
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp dill, minced
- 2 tbsp basil (or mint)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp tahini (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped
- juice of 1/3 lemon
- salt as desired

Chop of your herbs, garlic and cucumber and combine with the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and tahini. Salt to taste.
