I’m extremely passionate not only about fitness and nutrition for women but for children as well. If you are looking for inspiration on what to feed your kids then you are in the right place!
I am a former fitness instructor (teaching Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga, and Step Aerobics) and I have held an ACE personal training certification. I have studied fitness and nutrition since 2010. I am also a trained dancer and an avid tennis player.
I gave birth to my son in December of 2015 and I worked out up until 38 weeks of pregnancy. After giving birth, I started working out again right away (for my own mental sanity) however I did not stress about losing the baby weight and I lost it gradually over a 6 month period. Regaining my lost muscle mass and strength is my focus in this second year after giving birth.
