Combine dry ingredients first, then add wet ingredients and combine thoroughly.
Place dough on silicon baking mat or parchment paper. cover with another silicon baking mat, parchment paper, or wax paper.
Roll out dough to 1/8-1/4" thickness. Thinner=crispier! I personally roll mine out a to about 1/6" thickness.
Using a knife or pizza cutter cut into 1”squares and pierce each square with a fork.
